CPNSD - behid the truth

Since a few months ago people in my region are gotten crazy with CPNSD. Some people were very ambitious, while some are pessimist. For those are very ambitious, they prepared all the requirements pretty soon, though the official requirement hasn’t been announced yet. They prepared the yellow card (Job Seeker Letter), SKCK (Criminal-free Letter), the prediction test, and so forth. Those freaks are relied their life on PNS, they wait from month to month, year to year for this job. But wait… what happened up there when the selection test began?? Like a wise word says, there are many ways to Rome… so there it goes…
Ssst!!! Here are some top secrets dealing the short-cut to PNS:
[1] The distribution of the answer key. It’s not for public, only particular person with strong connection can access. They will distribute a night before the test.
[2] High level diplomacy. The applicant usually has strong connection (son, daughter, brothers, etc.) with the high-officer in charged in the government. It could be the Governor/mayor, SEKDA, KABID, and other influential people. With this power, they can drive the policy, they can ‘open’ or ‘close’ some particular disciplines to be employed in the government as they will. It’s no more about the need, but greed. This is the most effective way on passing the selection, even though their ‘man’ listed on the last in term of scoring, but it can be the first. Voala!!! Here’s the power of diplomacy.

The registration -- (the distribution of the answer key) -- the test -- the result - (high level meeting)* - Final Result.

This’s the most determinant factor, this’s where the diplomacy take role… anyone can be replaced as they will (not purely based on the test result). For example, The son of governor or other influential are becoming the priority than common people.
Some Kabupatens already announced the result, and if it’s further analyzed… some positions are already filled with those ‘prioritized candidates’, they are the daughter of the head of BKD, or whosoever… fuih… they might be mis- understood the meaning of the Asas kekeluargaan in Pancasila… so they put their relatives in the position. (ha,,,ha,,,).

So, don’t put too much hope on PNS… (my result will be announced in next couple of days) FYI, m just belong to the ordinary applicant… my father is not the Head of BKD or the mayor… he just retire from a Bank. Well, just let’s see tomorrow… I just need the LUCK!
